We begin with an in-home walkthrough to assess the space and talk through how to best prepare your property for the market. During the visit, we’ll guide you through what to keep, remove, or adjust so the home shows at its best.
Consultations are $200, which will be credited toward your staging fee if you move forward with us.

Following the consultation, homeowners complete the recommended edits, which may include decluttering, minor updates, or repairs. When helpful, we reference site photos to guide the preparation.

Once the home is ready, our team delivers and installs curated furnishings, artwork, and decor to bring the space together for photography and showings.
Most staging installations are completed within a day unless otherwise specified.
Staging services typically start at $1,800, depending on the size and needs of the property.
